The impact of the incentive travel market to East Africa over the past years has been dramatic. More and more incentive travel managers are discovering the emotive attractiveness of Safari, a word that evokes the mystery and excitement of the African bush, abundant game, colorful tribesmen and breathtaking scenery.
Yet incentive travel planners have also come to recognize that in East Africa, they have a well developed tourist infrastructure with fine hotels and lodges, excellent catering, good international flight connections, friendly and experienced ground staff and a range of facilities that enables them to select those ingredients best suited to their particular budget.
Few tour operators in East Africa fully appreciate the specialized and complex nature of incentive group travel.
Prudent advice in the planning stages is vital to the success of the operation. Our planners are able to present to you the ingredients best suited to your plans. Our experience allows us to steer you away from properties with an insufficient number of rooms or inadequate expertise in incentive group handling, away from enthusiastic food and beverage manager proposing a banquet menu too ambitious for his kitchen or serving staff, and away from a routing which will tax the staying power of even the fittest guest

Set your sights on Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest mountain in Africa and, a mountain even your grandmother could climb.
Known in African legend from ancient times, the first recorded ascent was made in 1889, by the famous mountaineer Hans Meyer, who reached the highest peak of Kibo (5895m). Since then, many people have climbed Mt Kilimanjaro by various routes, the gentle Marangu route being the most popular; it can be climbed by any normally fit person with the assistance of mountain guides and porters

Mountain climbing can also be done on Mt Kenya – the second highest mountain in Africa -  an older mountain and definitely steeper and more challenging than Mt Kilimanjaro. With its many ridges and valleys, radiating like the spokes of a wheel, the bulk of Mount Kenya straddles the equator. In all, there are now thirty four difficult, technical routes to the summits which, though much lower, many experienced climbers claim to be testing as the major Himalayan climbs, offering a challenge of couloirs, ice-cliffs, secondary peaks, cornices, and sheer rock walls.
